Whether you are learning clutch work from scratch or just sharpening up before Mod 1, our three‑hour Geared and Confidence lessons deliver focused coaching in a relaxed, rider‑first setting.

Geared Lesson
You'll spend around 1 hour on our private range to master clutch control, gears and slow‑speed balance, then 2 hours out on the road. If you need longer off‑road, no problem – we adapt to your pace.
Training bike, helmet, jacket and gloves provided.
Confidence Lesson
Ideal for riders caught between Geared lessons and Mod 1 who feel they need a little extra polish – maybe slow‑speed manoeuvres, braking finesse or just general nerves.
Tell us what is holding you back and we build it into the session, whether that means extra cone work on the range or an extended road loop.
Ideal if you don't have a 125cc of your own to practice on, or you would rather iron out weaknesses with a professional on hand.

Your own bike
Your own bike: whether it is manual or automatic, bring along your road‑legal, insured machine for a familiar feel from first drill to final ride.
50cc Automatic
Honda Zoomer: a rugged 50cc automatic scooter with twist-and-go simplicity, ideal for relaxed urban riding and taking things steady.
125cc Manual
Kawasaki Z125: a lightweight 125cc manual motorcycle with a smooth six-speed gearbox, perfect for learning clutch control.

Licence & age requirements
Age 16: Provisional licence holders may ride a 50cc moped restricted to 28 mph.
Age 17+: Provisional or full licence holders may ride a motorcycle or scooter up to 125cc and 11kW.
You must hold at least a UK provisional Category A licence or a full UK car licence. Bring the photocard (or paper licence plus passport if issued pre‑1998).
How much are the Geared & Confidence lessons?
They're £105, but if you book them with one of our wider packages then just £100.
Do I need to have my own bike?
No, we provide access to the training bike you'll need.
Where are you based?
We have sites in both Nottingham (West Bridgford) and Derby (Spondon).
